Bring a Neighbor

TERMS OF THE "BRING A NEIGHBOR" PROMOTION (hereinafter referred to as the Terms):

1.   GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION

1.1. The organizer of the promotion is CJSC “GTNT.”

1.2 Participants of the promotion are individuals and sole proprietors who are active subscribers of CJSC “GTNT,” and who, during the promotion period, bring in potential subscribers who later purchase a Thuraya phone from CJSC “GTNT” and sign a contract with CJSC “GTNT” for mobile satellite radio communication services in the Thuraya network, with the allocation of a subscriber number (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber number, potential subscribers), as well as the potential subscribers themselves.

1.3. The promotion period is from 00:00:00 Moscow time on January 11, 2022, to 23:59:59 Moscow time on February 28, 2026.

1.4. The promotion is valid throughout the Russian Federation.

2. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

2.1. Participants will receive 30 free outgoing minutes within Russia when the potential subscriber is registered in CJSC “GTNT’s” information and billing system on their subscriber number. The activation of the 30 free minutes will be reflected in the participant's personal account.

2.2. The free minutes can be used for calls to Russian numbers when the participant is on the territory of the Russian Federation on land within 1 (one) month from the activation of the free minutes. Unused free minutes will be canceled.

2.3. To participate in the promotion, a potential subscriber must visit CJSC “GTNT’s” office (Moscow, Poklonny Avenue, 3, bldg. 4, 9th floor, office D-901) or one of the dealer offices listed on the website: https://gtnt.ru/en/where-buy/. The invited participant must purchase a Thuraya phone along with a CJSC “GTNT” SIM card and sign a contract for mobile satellite communication services in the Thuraya network.

2.4. When connecting a new subscriber and signing a communication services contract, the potential subscriber must inform that they are participating in the "Bring a Neighbor" promotion and provide the name and subscriber number of the person who referred them.

2.5. Once the free minutes are activated, their validity cannot be delayed or paused.

2.6. Free minutes cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.7. If the phone purchased within the scope of this promotion participates in any other promotions held by CJSC “GTNT,” the minutes will be accumulated, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the promotion. For the subscriber who referred a new potential subscriber, minutes will be credited for each referred subscriber.
